All product descriptions, pricing, offers, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities purchased by any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

Products sold by TrySomnia are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address, payment method, billing details, and shipping details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.

  • Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.

Section 6 — Subscriptions

TrySomnia may offer subscription purchase options. Subscriptions renew and are delivered every 30 days from the date the subscription is first purchased, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is cancelled.

Customers have full control over their subscription and may cancel anytime before the next order is processed. Customers will receive reminder emails before subscription renewals where required or provided by our subscription system.

If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may contact us to request a return or refund under our Refund Policy.

Subscription orders receive free shipping unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change, pause, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time, provided that changes will not affect already processed orders.

Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery

Our regular United States shipping rate is $5 USD unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Subscription orders and orders above $50 USD receive free shipping.

Estimated delivery time for regular United States shipping is 2–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, fulfillment delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.

If delivery exceeds the estimated 2–7 business day window, customers may contact us at hello@trysomnia.com. Depending on the situation, we may offer a shipping refund, store credit, replacement, or another resolution at our discretion.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be able to be cancelled.

Section 8 — Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

TrySomnia offers a 33-Day Sleep Support Guarantee based on the delivery date. Customers are generally expected to try the product for 33 days before requesting a refund, but we may review reasonable refund requests before 33 days.

Refund requests under the guarantee may be submitted up to 60 days from the delivery date.

The guarantee applies to the first bottle/order of each product only. Multiple bottles, repeat purchases, bundles, subscriptions, and bulk orders may be partially refunded at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds where we believe the policy is being abused.

Section 9 — Damaged, Defective, Faulty, Lost, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, faulty, missing, lost in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@trysomnia.com.

We may request your order number, photos, tracking details, or other information to review the issue.

If a product is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may refund you or arrange a replacement depending on the situation.

Shopify’s name, logo, product names, and service names are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks appearing on our website are the property of their respective owners.
