Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or other purchase option. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from TrySomnia, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency shown at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, TrySomnia subscriptions are delivered every 30 days from the date the subscription is first purchased.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to securely store your payment details and charge your selected payment method for each recurring subscription order until your subscription is cancelled.

Subscription orders receive free shipping.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

Customers have full control over their subscription and may cancel anytime before the next order is processed.

You can manage, change, pause, or cancel your subscription through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation emails or subscription emails.

Subscription Reminder Emails

Customers will receive reminder emails before subscription renewals, where required or provided by our subscription system.

It is your responsibility to make sure your email address is current and to manage your subscription before the next order is processed if you wish to make changes.

Processed or Shipped Subscription Orders

If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, you may contact us at hello@trysomnia.com to request a return or refund under our Return and Refund Policy.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, our subscription or payment provider may attempt to process the payment again. We may also notify you so you can update your payment details.

If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused, delayed, or cancelled.

Pre-Orders

TrySomnia may offer pre-orders from time to time.

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that may be out of stock, not yet available, or scheduled to ship at a future date.

Depending on the offer, we may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method at checkout and charge the remaining amount at a later date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by contacting us at hello@trysomnia.com.

If a pre-order has already been fulfilled, processed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return or refund under our Return and Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

TrySomnia does not currently offer a “try before you buy” program unless clearly stated on a product page or checkout page.

If we offer a try-before-you-buy option in the future, your payment method may be authorized before the order is fulfilled. You will have the stated trial period to decide whether to keep the product.

If the trial period ends and the product has not been returned according to the offer terms, your payment method may be charged for the full amount.

Any try-before-you-buy offer will be subject to the specific terms shown at the time of purchase, as well as our Return and Refund Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Changing or cancelling a purchase option does not automatically create a refund for an order that has already been processed or shipped.
