Shipping Policy

At TrySomnia, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Locations

TrySomnia currently ships to customers in the United States.

If shipping availability changes in the future, we may update this policy.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery for regular United States shipping is typically 2–7 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, public holidays, fulfillment delays, incorrect shipping information, or other unexpected issues.

Shipping Costs

Regular United States shipping is $5 USD.

Orders over $50 USD receive free shipping.

Subscription orders receive free shipping.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders are delivered every 30 days from the date the subscription is first purchased, unless cancelled before the next order is processed.

Customers have full control over their subscription and may cancel anytime before the next order is processed.

If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may contact us to request a return or refund under our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

TrySomnia is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@trysomnia.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@trysomnia.com and we will do our best to assist.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is handled by the shipping provider. TrySomnia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

If delivery exceeds the estimated 2–7 business day window, customers may contact us and we may offer a shipping refund, store credit, replacement, or another resolution depending on the situation.

For lost packages, we may need to review tracking information and carrier status before approving a refund, replacement, or other resolution.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, faulty, missing, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@trysomnia.com with your order number and photos if available.

If your product is damaged, incorrect, defective, or faulty, we may offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation.
